I was trying to get fastboot working with my low cost Dell Venue 7 but the fastboot doesn’t return anything.
After some search I found this fastboot binary:

Sorry, I don’t know much about this subject but I have a dell 7 3741 and I am trying to get root access so I will be able to expand the internal memory, I am trying to understand what to do and I am having this problem with the fastboot…What should I do with the binary ?
