If you use Linux and you are looking for a “Wii Backup Filesystem Manager” for Linux, then you need to know Wiithon:

If you want to create a WBFS partition, then you need go to Edit Preferences -> Tools & Utilities and click on Format WBFS.

Other option is using linux-wbfs-manager just for create a partition, because it doesn’t have all features wiithon has.
