Solved dBUG bootloader network problem

I was getting a network problem when using dBUG bootloder:

dBUG> dn -i image.bin
Address: 0x00010000
Ethernet Address is 00:0F:EA:94:60:CA
Downloading Image ‘image.bin’ from 192.168.1.1
ICMP : Port Unreachable
ICMP : Port Unreachable

It is strange because I got that same problem few years ago and documented the solution:
http://cvs.uclinux.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/uClinux-dist/Documentation/NETBURNER-MOD5272-HOWTO?rev=1.1.1.2;content-type=text%2Fplain

Then I just executed on my Linux host machine:
# arp -s 192.168.1.2 00:0F:EA:94:60:CA

Now it worked fine:
dBUG> dn -i image.bin
Address: 0x00010000
Ethernet Address is 00:0F:EA:94:60:CA
Downloading Image ‘image.bin’ from 192.168.1.1
TFTP download successful
Read 1990276 bytes (3888 blocks)
dBUG> go 10000
